Waitangi Day Festival of the Elements
Kia ora! Rock up to the 2017 Waitangi Day Festival of the Elements in Porirua for a day of art, culture, music and kōrero. Celebrating 25 years, the 2017 programme is jam-packed with sights, sounds and activities – including stage performances, kapa haka, interactive art activities, films, food stalls and a skate competition. It’s a fun day out with whānau and friends, so come along and enjoy this diverse celebration of our culture and community.

Henderson-Massey Local Board invites you to Come Fly a Kite – a free, fun family event. Bring along your kite or come and enjoy watching the big kites fly. Enjoy free rides on the Ferris wheel, shoot hoops with the inflatable basketball game. Older children will enjoy the boot camp obstacle course and the giant slide. There will be a colouring competition and kite prizes. And there is FREE Bumper Ball as well! If you get hungry, there’ll be food…
